This is the 2024 release of The Glenturret 10 Years Old Peat Smoked, a gently peated whisky aged in Refill, American and European Oak casks and bottled at 48.4% ABV. It's got a smoky, sweet character and is a good intro to peated single malts.
Aromatic dried apple and citrus fruits. Peat smoke mingles with vanilla. Sweet fruit and darker smoke with hints of sea salt meander to a warm embracing finish.
