Sherried Glentauchers single malt Scotch whisky here, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr. This one was distilled in 2011 and matured in Oloroso sherry butts for nine years, before being bottled in 2021 as part of the Strictly Limited Series. 1,043 bottles were produced.

Pain aux raisins, coffee ice cream, clove-studded orange.
Finish
Gingerbread, more orange peel, dry malty hints.
