7 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the Glentauchers distillery, aged in a Sherry puncheon from 2010 to 2017. This was bottled by the chaps from Càrn Mòr for their Strictly Limited range with an outturn of 940 bottles. Handsomely Sherried single malt - yummers.

Nose
Chocolate chip cookies, Sherried peels and a heaped spoonful of brown sugar.
Palate
Youthful hints of grist and lively clove, with helpings of raisins and vanilla pods.
Finish
A very subtle touch of smoke behind peppercorn and chocolate.
