Glentauchers 26 Chorlton

Glentauchers single malt, independently bottled by Chorlton Whisky. After maturing for 26 years, a total of 157 bottles were drawn from a bourbon barrel, released at cask strength, and without added colour or chill filtration.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Chocolate biscuits and juicy orchard fruits, vanilla pods, and a touch of nutty barley.

Palate Zesty orange peels and bready malt are followed by buttery caramel and charred spicy oak.

Finish A touch of herbaceous malt joins the spice, with vanilla cookie dough nestling in the distance.
