Description

Glentauchers single malt, independently bottled by Chorlton Whisky. After maturing for 26 years, a total of 157 bottles were drawn from a bourbon barrel, released at cask strength, and without added colour or chill filtration.

Nose

Chocolate biscuits and juicy orchard fruits, vanilla pods, and a touch of nutty barley.

Palate

Zesty orange peels and bready malt are followed by buttery caramel and charred spicy oak.

Finish

A touch of herbaceous malt joins the spice, with vanilla cookie dough nestling in the distance.
