Description
Distilled at Glentauchers in 2010, this single malt spent the next dozen years resting in a single refill hogshead. The cask was opened in 2023, yielding a total of 391 bottles for the independent Hepburn's Choice collection.

Nose
Sweet summer berries, creamy barley, and vanilla, with Malted Milk biscuits joining in time.
Palate
Rich, biscuity malt is backed by creamy notes of custard, jammy berries, and pears, with a drizzle of runny honey.
Finish
Drying oak arrives for the finish, while fruity sweetness lingers.
