Sherry
10 year old single malt from Glentauchers, distilled in March 2013 and matured in a single cask! The final part of its ageing process were spent finishing in a refill PX sherry cask, which was cracked open by the folks at Hannah Whisky Merchants in 2023, releasing it for the Lady of the Glen range.
Waxy orange peel, brown sugar, sticky black fruit, aniseed, and ginger.
Sweet vanilla, milk chocolate, and cinnamon, followed by marmalade and ripe plum.
Citrus and winter spice.
