Sherry on the nose, sweet Olosoro, pepper, berry fruits, calves leather and cedar wood.
Sweet spices, nutmeg, prune juice, a hint of uncooked pastry, a little golden syrup and Demerara rum.
Cloves, more of those prunes, a hint of dried apricot and toasted barley.
On the nose sweet and fragrant. To the taste honey and berries. Smooth and delicate
Very nice and balanced taste. It was smooth.

A lovely smooth whisky that tastes like fruit cake. A personal favourite of mine.
