Description
Glenrothes single malt, distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years in a single cask. That cask was cracked open in 2023 by indie bottler Adelphi, releasing a total of 389 cask strength bottles.

Nose
Baked goods lead the way with cinnamon pastries and honey cakes, gingerbread, and fruit loaf.
Palate
Praline, more cinnamon, buttery shortbread, and ginger cake. Toasted almonds and a touch of pepper build.
Finish
Baking spice, marzipan, robust malt, marmalade.
