Description
Glorious Glenrothes single malt, matured for 13 years, including a finish in an oloroso sherry cask. Not just any cask mind, it was a teeny little octave cask from the Darkness vault. Smaller casks allow the whisky within to interact more with the wood, thus maximising all that sherry goodness.

Nose
Fresh buttery pastries, studded with juicy, honeyed sultanas, dusted with cinnamon and icing sugar.
Palate
The baked goods really take hold, with more flaky, buttery pastry, drizzles of honey, and crumbly shortbread.
Finish
Sweet poached fruits, nutty malt, and soft oaken spice.
