Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation Dr Bill Lumsden looked to the horizon when creating this single malt, attempting to bottle up the magic of sunset, which is always waiting at the end of the day. This 15-year-old single malt aged in a combo of bourbon and sherry casks for a richly sweet profile, brimming with honey and spice. Top stuff for sunset sipping!
Oak char and set honey open the way for waves of floral malt, chocolate raisins, currant buns, and caramel.
Bursting with spice, cinnamon and clove are joined by rich layers of toffee and chocolate nuts, with leathery oak nestling beneath.
Zesty hints of candied orange, honeyed dates, and molasses.
