Nose

Generous notes of buttered brioche lead the way, backed by Caramac and vanilla cream. Buttery pastry, soft stone fruits and mellow oak join in time.

Palate

Waves of soft vanilla ice cream with toffee sauce, praline and white chocolate, honeyed almonds and juicy prunes. Fruity, estery banana and fresh dough develop beneath.

Finish

Fruity, with notes of yeasty bread and honeyed cereal, juicy barley and runny caramel.
