“I find the negative reviews very interesting. Not much detail on why they don’t like this beautiful single malt. I enjoyed the taste. It’s slightly sweet and has a wonderful aroma. This is a great single malt to drink neat. I even got a couple of friends hooked on it.”

Description
A fabulous 21 Year Old bottling from Glenfiddich, and as its name suggests this particular single malt was finished in casks used previously to age Caribbean rum for four months! Some cask influence in the form of tropical fruit and spicy ginger to be found in here.

Nose
Barley sugar, malt and dark brown sugar, with orange peels, marmalade, manuka honey, chocolate and foam bananas.
Palate
Full, fruitcake, spices, buttery vanilla, malty, with oak and candied ginger.
Finish
Long, with notes of mochaccino and marmalade.
