A great 30 year old from Glenfiddich, a winner of a Silver medal at the 2005 International Wine and Spirits Competition. Lovely classic Speyside style.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is perfumy with notes of rich fruit and winter spice. Vegetal notes with hints of fresh herbs and notes of crystallized stem ginger and fruit salad. The palate is well-rounded and quite full. A solid sweetness with notes of barley and cereal sugar, a mix of fruit conserves and a not of mixed peels. Notes of winter spice creep in with a herbal note. The finish is of medium-length with lots of mixed peel notes and a gentle chewy oak.
