A 1961 vintage Glenfarclas single malt Scotch whisky, from their brilliant Family Casks range. This Sherried beast was matured in a single Sherry hogshead until July 2013, during which time it developed rich, satisfying notes of toffee, coffee, sultanas and a superbly long finish. Utterly, utterly ace. 131 bottles were produced.
