A limited edition bottling of Glenfarclas single malt which was distilled in 1990 and bottled for the German market in 2017. This particular edition features a portrait of noted Scottish philosopher and essayist, Thomas Carlyle.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Waxy orange peels dotted with cloves and dusted with cinnamon. Waves of caramel and vanilla develop, alongside a touch of mint.
Palate
Soft, sweet wood notes are well complemented by nutty chocolate and chewy raisins.
Finish
Hints of tobacco and blackberry last.
