Distilled in 1990, this was aged in sherry butt number 5099 before bottling in 2011 for Glenfarclas' legendary Family Cask range. Expect big notes of chocolate and coffee!
Sherried nose with notes of dark chocolate, almond oil, marzipan, digestive biscuits and pepper.
Cinnamon, toffee brittle, manuka honey. This is a rich, syrupy whisky.
The finish is very chocolate-heavy, with notes of cocoa dust, chocolate fudge and vanilla ice cream.
