James Eadie
Scotland
Single Malt

Part of a series of James Eadie bottlings that celebrate the pubs that James Eadie himself owned comes this Glendullan! It was distilled in 2011, matured in a trio of first-fill ex-bourbon casks and refill casks, and bottled at nine years old. Just 1,073 bottles were released for the Small Batch series. This particular release boasts a couple of black swans on the label, in honour of the Black Swan pub that Eadie aquired in 1869.
Set honey, cut grass, toffee apple, and warming oak.
Ripe banana, orchard fruits, and waxy vanilla, with oily barley.
Golden syrup and green apple.
