Nose: Pinot Noir, plenty of nutty oloroso elements and stewed plums first, followed by tannic wood, leather and blueberries.
Palate: Dark fruit compote, golden syrup and burnt malt, with prickles of cinnamon throughout.
Finish: A little bittersweet dark chocolate and more plummy goodness.
Overall: Intensely tasty stuff from Glendullan and Darkness!
