The Glendronach 40 Year Old represents the pinnacle of the distillery’s sherry cask craft. Composed from a handful of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, this whisky has matured for four decades in the Valley of Forgue before being married and refined. The Highland single malt is presented in an elegant rosewood case with brass details, making this rare expression a collector’s masterpiece.

Nose
Luxurious layers of black cherry, stewed plum, and blackberry, enriched by sherry-soaked chocolate gateau and a dark café elixir.
Palate
Intensely rich with blackcurrant and bramble compote, luscious prune and raisin wine, and velvety cinnamon-dusted chocolate espresso.
Finish
Deep, lingering, and indulgently smooth, with resonant sherry depth and a final flourish of warming spice.
