This 22 year old single malt from GlenDronach was aged in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon from June 1995 to 2017. Following that, the well-sherried whisky was bottled as part of their 16th batch of single cask releases. 518 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Highland treacle toffee and fruitcake drizzled with acacia honey leading to orange-laced tobacco, dark currants and sandalwood.
Palate
Sip blackcurrant and menthol wine gums with sticky treacle toffee pudding. Savour dark manuka honey and liquorice whirls into the finish.
