21 year old GlenDronach, drawn from a single Pedro Ximenéz Sherry cask laid down in December 1994. In August 2016, the cask was specially selected and bottled for Italian indie bottler Silver Seal and Italian whisky merchant Lion's Whisky. A release of 431 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sherried sweetness kicks things off, with underlying hints of toasted rye and vanilla-rich barley.
Palate
Chocolate sauce, mince pies and layers of treacle - very much a classically-styled GlenDronach!
Finish
Mint ice cream, fudge and raisins.
