This is a single cask release of GlenDronach single malt Scotch whisky, aged for 20 years in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheon. It was distilled in June 1995 and bottled in August 2015 with an outturn of 691 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Light and rich with orchard fruit (think apples and ripe orange), with a little hint of cinnamon biscuits.
Palate
This one sits more on the honey'd side of things, but a few juicy hints of Sherry do sneak through.
Finish
Honey'd barley on the finish.
