These GlenDronach single casks never stay in the building long and the whiskies that make up their 13th releases will be no exception. The reason being that they're exceptional Sherried malts. This one spent 12 years in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheon, which yielded 664 bottles.
Such intensity even at 12 years old with mixed peels, winter spice and dried fruit.
Plums, chestnuts, juicy Sherry, Curaçao and hedgerow spice.
Barley, cocoa and mint.
