Description
An exciting expression from Ireland's Glendalough distillery. This Irish single grain whiskey was finished in XO Calvados casks that previously held the French apple brandy for over six years.

Nose
Orchard fruits and blossom join floral vanilla and mellow oak.
Palate
Layers of syrupy flapjack, butterscotch, toffee apples and pears, with warming notes of peppery oak beneath.
Finish
Fresh notes of apples and pears linger alongside pepper, and a touch of nutmeg.
