Glendalough 17 Year Old Irish Whiskey - Mizunara Oak Finish
This single malt whiskey from Ireland's Glendalough was first aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks for 15 years, before being moved over to Japanese Mizunara oak casks for the rest of its maturation. Bottled at 17 years old, this expression boasts a flavour profile of rich honey, tangy fruit, sandalwood and toasted spices.

Nose
Red apple, cinnamon, brown sugar, sandalwood, heather honey, liquorice, strawberry and leather.
Palate
Coconut, Crunchie Bars, ginger, subtly grassy, waxy peels, cassia, toasted pecans.
