A tremendous dram! Nose: Vanilla, malt and oak-spice, with a lovely hint of clean sherry. No imperfections from the sherry maturation.Taste: Smooth, sweet and spicy. Malt and sweet vanilla in a balanced fusion with dried and fresh fruits. Long finish.

The sherry is very well married into the nose and palate. It's a really a shame that in the palate there is ultra sharp barley or oak. I tried with water, but there is still huge sharpness. A bit mentholly finish.
