Glenburgie single malt, matured for 11 years between 2010 and 2022 in ex-oloroso sherry casks before being independently bottled by Càrn Mòr for its Strictly Limited series.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fleshy stone fruits drizzled with caramel, crushed biscuits, and rich oak.
Palate
Roasted almonds and toasted malt lead, with more of those fresh juicy stone fruits, bolstered by candied citrus and sweet ginger.
Finish
Buttery pastry and more ginger warmth finish things off, a touch of milky coffee arrives towards the end.
