GlenAllachie 10 Year Old 2015 Mongolian Virgin Oak, PX and Oloroso Cask Matured - Sinteis Series Part Four 3cl Whisky

Introducing Part Four of the Sinteis (pronounced sin-teesh) series from GlenAllachie, a 2015 vintage single malt Scotch whisky that spent time in Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks before being transferred to Mongolian virgin oak. Previous Sinteis releases brought two separately matured whiskies, so this is a bit of a depature for the range, although it is cask strength (58.5% ABV), natural colour and non-chill filtered as always.

The carton has a hand-drawn motif inspired by Mongolian oak and geometric ornamentation found throughout traditional East Asian art. Symmetrical oak trees radiate from a central endless knot, symbolising strength, continuity and the enduring relationship between wood, whisky and time, and it's finished in a gold foil.
