Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Sugared almonds, dried cranberries, and honeycomb then comes the fruit bowl: blackcurrants, red apples, maybe even a cheeky fig. Butterscotch and ginger add warmth.

Palate

Big flavours arrive in waves – mocha and maraschino cherries, boozy orchard fruits, baking spices and zesty orange peel. Then comes a swirl of soft bramble, toasted hazelnuts, and a little redcurrant tartness to keep things lively.

Finish

Creamy, fruity, and just tannic enough to remind you it’s spent time in fine wine-soaked oak.
