This refill bourbon barrel-matured Glenallachie is a delicious Speyside malt from Gordon and MacPhail's popular Connoisseurs Choice range. It was distilled in 1999 and the bottlers describe it as "delicate and enjoyable".

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Fresh, sweet, creamy aromas. Hints of vanilla, buttery malt and toasted oak. Manuka honey.

Palate Fruity, floral palate with soft spice and sweet caramel. Black pepper, grist and lemon.

Finish Long, sweet, malty finish.

Overall Simple, creamy and very easy-going.
