The GlenAllachie Distillery has a penchant for marvellous single cask bottlings drawn from interesting casks, and this one fits that bill wonderfully! It's a 13 year old expression, distilled in 2008 and matured in a Missouri Chinquapin virgin oak barrel. In 2021, it was bottled up at cask strength, producing only 252 bottles. Intriguing stuff from this incredible distillery in Speyside.
