An indie bottling of well-sherried Glenallachie single malt, matured for 12 years in a single sherry hogshead - from October 2004 to July 2017. 607 bottles were produced as part of the Rest & Be Thankful range.
Rum-soaked raisin and thick treacle, followed by a touch of charred oak.
Mint chocolate, sherried peels, barley and black pepper.
Apple and rhubarb crumble, sultana, cherry.
