Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite fresh and of medium-body. There are notes of cut grass and Bramley apples. Notes of barley sugar and winter spice, hints of oaken pepper and blossom with notes of heather. The palate is of medium-body with exceptional balance. There are notes of winter spice and fruitcake, there is a dusty dried oak note with hints of potpourri and toasty cereal with barley sugar. The finish is quite short, but with a lovely sweet barley note and a touch of oaken warmth.
