A 15 year old single malt from Glen Spey, distilled in 2001 and bottled in 2017 by the independent bottling stalwarts W.M. Cadenhead. 720 bottles were produced for the Small Batch range.
Brioche and coffee, with a few hints of white peach underneath.
Crunchy brown sugar, mince pies, a subtle savoury hints of thyme.
The herbaceous elements from the palate continue on to the finish, joined by fresh citrus sweetness.
