Description
Distilled at Glen Spey in 2011, this single malt spent the next 14 years maturing in a single Pedro Ximénez hogshead. The cask was opened by Hunter Laing in 2025, releasing a total of 298 bottles for the independent Old Malt Cask collection.

Nose
Floral notes of heather, plump raisins, rich oak, and nutmeg.
Palate
Summer berries and creamy milk chocolate join chewy caramel and biscuity malt.
Finish
Sherried fruit, soft spices, and mellow oak.
