Glen Scotia 21 Year Old - Pre 2015
A very interestingly packaged whisky, this Glen Scotia comes with a ferocious-looking highland cow on the bottle, with the Northern Lights shimmering in the sky behind. It was aged for 21 years and bottled without added colour or chill filtration.

Nose
Ground mixed nuts and spice. Hints of citrus rind and toffee.
Palate
Treacle and hints of gingernut biscuits. Tropical fruit and a malt.
Finish
Creamy, sweet finish with manuka honey and toasted pecans.
