Distilled at Glen Ord in 2007, this single malt Scotch whisky was bottled without additional colouring or chill-filtration at 56.9% ABV by wine & spirits merchants, Berry Bros & Rudd in 2017, after it matured for 9 years in a single cask (no. 353).
Orange blossom, salted butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
A light sweet palate builds with warm, soft oak, honey’d porridge and vanilla biscuits, before dry and barley grist give texture.
A little earthy, with apple peels and a pinch of white pepper.
