Bourbon
A 25 year old Glen Moray single malt here, bottled by Swiss indie bottler Chapter 7. This was drawn from a single bourbon hogshead, producing 218 bottles of tasty, vanilla-rich deliciousness.
Light fruit (think pear and plum), giving more focus to peppery oak and shortbread dipped in melted chocolate.
More oak-y warmth, with a touch of floral malt coming through. Bursts of sweet wine-like notes all the way through.
A hint of vanilla-y wood lasts.
