This Glen Moray was distilled in July 2008, aged in bourbon barrel and then finished in a Pedro Ximénez octave cask before being bottled at cask strength by Hannah Whisky Merchants for their iconic Lady of the Glen series in December 2018. A very small release of only 26 bottles were yielded.
White stone fruits accompanied by creamy vanilla pod and a hint of barley.
Rich apricot marmalade, light lemon meringues and a drizzle of runny honey.
Oaky vanilla notes and dried apricot on the finish.
