A 21 year old bottling of single malt from Glen Keith, matured in a single bourbon cask from November 1995 to July 2017. Following maturation, this was independently bottled by Rest & Be Thankful with an outturn of 261 bottles.
Nose Malt loaf, salted butter, flapjacks and a touch of cinnamon.
Palate Buttered corn, honeyed barley, hints of jasmine tea.
Finish Subtly sugar right up to the end.
