Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Lemon shortbread with a whiff of vanilla, soft prunes, and spiced pear.

Palate: Buttery oak with spicy hints of clove, oily citrus, sticky toffee, and creamy oatmeal, countered by a crackle of black pepper.

Finish: Still zesty with syrupy cooked fruit and burnt sugar, a hint of herbal oak, and warming spice.
