Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Coffee beans and chocolate, Chantilly cream and cracked black pepper. A little chocolate-coated digestive biscuit, hints of almond oil and allspice.
Palate
An intense, spicy palate with notes of rich, thick cooked fruit and custard, malt and sherry.
Finish
Pears, apple peel and honey.
