Description
The inaugural release from Integrity Grain is a 30-year-old single grain Scotch whisky from Girvan. It matured on the Ayrshire coast in a refill bourbon barrel and was bottled without any additional finishing, allowing the mature grain whisky and long oak influence to do the talking. As expected from Integrity Malts, this is a single cask release bottled without chill filtration or added colour.

Nose
Vanilla fudge, coconut, baked apple, caramel, and mellow oak.
Palate
Butterscotch, custard, orchard fruit, toasted cereal, and gentle pepper.
Finish
Long and creamy, with vanilla, sweet oak, coconut, and soft spice.
