Distilled at Girvan in 2007, this single grain joins the Select Grain collection from Murray McDavid. The whisky was finished in a trio of cask types – oloroso sherry, Madeira wine, and bourbon casks from the Koval distillery.
Sweet toasted spice, anise, dried fruit, and rich, roasty coffee.
Leathery oak and chocolate coffee beans support oily malt and floral stone fruits.
Silky caramel, butterscotch, poached fruit, and soft spice.
