The folks over at Gelston's have crafted a blended Irish whiskey! A combination of triple distilled Irish malted barley and grain is the core of this one, matured entirely in bourbon casks. Think grain sweetness, fresh fruit, and buttery cask influence, and you're there!
Baking spices and white pepper, with fresh apple, and boiled lemon sweeties.
Toasted grain and more honeyed baking spice, with caramelised nuts in tow.

Good value, uncomplicated whiskey. Quite acceptable neat or with a teaspoon of water. I paid less than shown above and was very pleased with my purchase.
