This single cask Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was finished in a first-fill bourbon cask (#181) by Fruitful Spirits. The bottler presents this 13-year-old expression as part of its collection The Bar Mitzvah, which means the whisky is bottled with natural colour, without chill-filtration, and at 46% ABV. The cask filled 376 bottles.
Orchard fruit, lemon peel, floral honey, and tart tartin.
Digestive biscuit, toffee, elderflower, cut grass, and cinnamon.
Vanilla and gorse flower.
