This is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that was aged for 13 years, including a finish in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask (#179). A total of 386 bottles were filled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring by Fruitful Spirits for its series The Bar Mitzvah.
Strawberry jam, cooking spices, walnuts, and ginger.
Milky coffee, flame raisins, cinnamon, and plenty of honeyed malt.
Sweet and rich.
