A very special release here from the ever-wonderful Four Roses, Elliott's Select is a single barrel bourbon, and Brent Elliot’s very first release after taking on the title of master distiller in 2015. The mash bill is made up of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley, and just 10,000 bottles were released at a generous cask strength of 60.1% ABV. A little bit of history in a glass!

Elegantly-balanced flavours of spiced vanilla, fresh nutmeg and delicate, ripe fruits greet the palate.
