Filey Bay Moscatel Sherry Cask
The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery presents a moscatel sherry matured edition of its Filey Bay English single malt whisky. Made from 100% homegrown barley, the whisky is matured using a unique solera-inspired approach. Each time a batch is bottled, it is replaced with older casks that are carefully selected from the warehouse, ensuring a consistent profile while also allowing the whisky to gain age, depth, and complexity.

Nose
Layers of rich honey, citrus blossom, floral stone fruits, and toasted nuts.
Palate
Caramel and toasted marzipan join chocolate-dipped orange wheels, with plump sultanas and creamy hints of Horlicks.
Finish
Zesty orange and orchard fruits linger, with waves of milk chocolate, honeyed sweetness, and balanced spice.
