“Very delicious “new world” rye. Lovely linear flavour profile. Soft & flaky, pastry like - Very approachable. But also earthy because well, rye. Definitely would drink again. ”

Fielden is a rye whisky produced at the Oxford Artisan Distillery using heritage grains that are grown without any synthetic chemicals. The company has now rebranded as Fielden and production has moved up to Yorkshire.

Nose
Flowers and fruit, like the wild berries that grow in our hedgerows.
Palate
Flaky pastry with caramel and hazelnut, and freshly baked bread.
Finish
The freshness of the grain and minty, peppercorn spice.
